Eligibility To Order
- Age requirement: By placing an order with us, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian to engage in a transaction with our company
- Residential or Business address: Orders can only be placed by individuals or entities with a valid residential or business address. P.O. Box addresses may not be accepted for delivery.
- Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders at our discretion due to eligibility issues, payment failures, or product unavailability

- Accepted methods: We accept major payment methods including Credit card, Debit card. All payments must be made in £
- Payment Authorization: By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
- Security: All payment transactions are encrypted and processed securely. We do not store your payment details.
- Payment issues: If your payment is declined, your order will not be processed. You are responsible for resolving any issues with your payment provider.
All credit and debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If your card issuer declined or fails to authorize payment for any reason, we will not be responsible for any resulting delays or failure to deliver your order.
While we take every reasonable precaution to protect your order and payment details, we cannot be held responsible for any loss arising from unauthorized access to the information you provide during the ordering or payment process.

Free delivery is available for most UK Mainland postcodes. The surcharges apply to the following area and districts:

Delivery for large items is typically to the ground floor only, and couriers are not required to assist with upper-floor deliveries unless pre-arranged. If assistance is required, please contact us beforehand for a quote.
- Pre-booking: Deliveries for large items are pre-booked. Customers must confirm or reject booking proposals in a timely manner. Charges may apply for changes made less than three working days before delivery or after dispatch.
- Failed Deliveries: If delivery fails due to access, assistance, or customer unavailability, redelivery or cancellation charges may incur.
Couriers are not obligated to enter your property and will provide proof of delivery through images taken at the entrance.
- Non-Delivery Claims: Claims must be made within seven days of the delivery booking or tracking notification. Claims submitted beyond this period will not be entertained.
- Crime Reference: If the courier’s proof indicates delivery but you dispute it, a police crime reference number is required to process the claim.
- Deliveries are made between 7 am and 10 pm, Monday to Sunday, and may include Bank Holidays.
- Specific Time Requests: We do not provide select day or guaranteed weekend deliveries unless specified.
Customer Responsibilities
- Ensure sufficient access space for the item and provide safe parking for loading/unloading.
- Inspect items upon delivery for any visible damage and reject delivery if necessary.
- Provide accurate shipping addresses at the time of purchase.
Order Cancellation and Charges
Orders are processed for dispatch as soon as they are received. If canceled after dispatch, a failed delivery charge of £50 – £250 may apply, depending on the item and postcode. Delivery surcharges are non-refundable.
- Standard UK Mainland delivery lead times are 14-21 working days, and estimated times provided on product pages are not guaranteed.
Fitting Services
Professional furniture assemblers handle fitting services. Customers must inspect the item after fitting and report issues before signing the completion sheet.
- Space and Access: If the fitting location is unsuitable, alternate arrangements must be made. Charges may apply for failed fittings due to access issues.
Additional Notes
- Drivers reserve the right to refuse delivery if the area is unsafe.
- Labour charges may apply for assistance if the delivery location is far from the unloading area.
- Couriers are not responsible for unpacking or setting up items unless purchased separately.

General Terms and Conditions
Order Processing and Cancellations
Each item ordered is processed separately and is mutually exclusive within our system. If you have combined items manually and wish to cancel one due to the unavailability of another item, our standard return policy will apply to each item. This means that any items already dispatched or delivered must be returned at your expense, or a collection fee may apply.
Delivery from Multiple Sources
If your order contains items from different merchants, these may arrive separately. Additionally, some items may be split into multiple consignments for logistical reasons, so not all parts of your order may arrive together.
To cancel an order, you must notify us in writing. If you reject delivery without officially canceling the order, you will be deemed to have accepted the full failed delivery charges in accordance with our purchase terms. Once the item is returned, the order will be automatically canceled, and a refund will be processed, minus any failed delivery charges.
Delivery Scheduling and Changes
Once a delivery date is confirmed, you are required to accept delivery on that scheduled day. Orders may be loaded onto the delivery vehicle up to two days prior to delivery but will only be unloaded once all deliveries have been completed. To make changes to your delivery schedule, please notify us at least three working days before the planned delivery date.
The delivery team does not provide or carry receipts. A copy of your invoice will be automatically emailed to you once your order is placed via our website.
Please be aware that product images are professionally taken and are intended for reference purposes only. The actual product may differ slightly from the image. If you have specific requirements, we encourage you to request images of the actual product before placing your order, subject to availability.
Support and Chargeback Policies
We recommend using our internal support services to address any issues with your order. If a chargeback or dispute is initiated through your payment provider and the outcome is in our favor, any fees associated with the dispute will be payable by you. If a request is denied by our support team and you receive a refund directly from your payment provider, you must either repay the amount in full or return the item upon receiving the funds. The item must not be discarded without our consent. In cases where necessary, we reserve the right to recover any losses through a county claim.
Occasionally, manufacturers may make subtle modifications to products without prior notice. These changes are beyond our control. Returns for such items will only be accepted under our standard returns policy, provided the product is in its original, unused condition with packaging intact, and no assembly has been performed.
We reserve the right to reject any price match requests, as these are subject to various factors. All price match requests must be made before completing the purchase. Price match requests cannot be accommodated after the order is finalized, and no reimbursements or partial refunds will be provided. If you return a product due to price concerns, our standard return procedure will apply.
Discount codes are valid only for items in the main catalog and do not apply to special offers. We distribute coupon codes through various channels, clearly indicating their terms of use. We rely on customers to use these codes appropriately. If a discount code is used outside of its specified scope, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
While we make every effort to honor our delivery commitments, delays can sometimes occur beyond our control. Essentials Studio will not be held responsible for any late or missed deliveries.
